- Technical, administrative, and financial management of complex projects in the field of watercourse developments: flood protection, revitalizations, hydraulic structures
- Management of large-scale projects: design, sizing, planning, site supervision
- Supervision of multidisciplinary teams
- Key contact for clients, in liaison with authorities and technical partners
- Active contribution to the acquisition strategy and development of new mandates
Your skills are
- Civil engineering degree EPF, HES or equivalent (specialization in hydraulics or river engineering)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with responsibilities in managing complex projects
- Strong mastery of hydraulic sizing and Swiss planning processes
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to unite project teams
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and initiative
- Fluency in French and German (spoken and written)
