Due to our current expansion, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) for finishing in digital printing production to support our on-site team. After a short on-site training, you will be responsible for the post-processing of our printed products, such as cutting, folding, gluing, or packaging, to ensure the highest quality standards. We place great value on your development and offer you a variety of training and further education opportunities in our WIRmachenDRUCK Academy to continuously expand your skills.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated person with manual skills, precision, and team spirit who reliably supports our production processes in finishing and actively contributes to the success of our company. In short: we are looking for you!
Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of finishing machines such as cutting machines, folding machines, laminators, saddle stitchers, etc.
- Final processing of digital printing products (e.g., cutting, folding, binding, packaging)
- Quality control of finished products according to our high standards
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Assistance with maintenance and care of finishing equipment
- Participation and support in complaint processes
- Participation in logistics processes
- Support with general tasks in production
Your Profile
- Experience in print finishing or a comparable production environment is an advantage
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- High quality awareness and careful working style
- Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work shifts (if relevant)
- Team spirit, flexibility, and good German skills
