For various major projects in the Bern region, including the new Campus Biel building (Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH), we are looking for two site managers for assembly.

Your tasks:
Independently managing the construction site according to the instructions of the project management
Coordinating the tasks on site including leading the assembly teams
Responsibility for execution (schedule, quality, and cost control)
Coordination of site logistics including material management
Leadership and guidance of the window/facade construction trades
Reporting to the project manager for execution
Site inspections including documentation

Completed training as a carpenter, as well as further training as a construction manager or foreman
