Your area of responsibility
- Professional planning and execution of care and support, taking into account the social and cultural needs of our residents
- You plan, organize, coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing tasks as the daily responsible person
- Management of electronic care documentation in the careCoach system
- Active participation in team development and change processes
You bring with you
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
