How your everyday life is shaped
- You organize and coordinate the daily nursing routine and take over the daily responsibility in the department
- You accompany rounds, roundtable discussions and lead team meetings
- You involve relatives of our residents in your primary care
- You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process and the correct documentation
- In cooperation with our nursing experts, you ensure a high quality of care
- You are committed to internal working groups for the further development of Thurvita
