Regional Sales Manager* Residential Heat Pumps Central Region

Your area of responsibility
- Technical and personnel management of 8 sales consultants
- Responsibility for budget, sales and contribution margin of the region
- Planning and control of regional sales activities (e.g. acquisition, customer visits, events)
- Acquisition and support of key customers
- Market and competitor observation and derivation of concrete measures
- Participation in the planning and execution of exhibitions and trade fairs
Your backpack
- Completed technical training in the HVAC or electrical sector
- Very good technical understanding in the areas of heat, energy, building technology
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a sales environment
- Strong sales flair and organizational competence
- Strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, closing strength and affinity for numbers
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
