The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Employee: Driving Service with Additional Tasks (m/f/d), 100%

We are looking for support at the Gontenschwil location starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Driving services for patients, employees, and visitors to public transport connections
• Driving services for patients to doctor/external therapy and judicial appointments
• Maintenance and responsibility for the timely servicing of the clinic's own vehicles
• Execution of courier/pick-up and procurement tasks of all kinds
• Coordination and assistance in maintaining the hedges, flower beds, and perennials on the premises
• Site service: cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings, grounds, paths, squares, ponds, etc.
• Assistance with winter service during office hours
• General maintenance work on non-technical aspects of the buildings
• Assistance with moving and seating arrangements within the clinic
• Support in on-call service

Your profile:

• Very good all-rounder, ideally with vocational training as an operations practitioner or gardener
• Driver's license category B BPT 121 (taxi) mandatory
• Enjoyment in contact with patients
• High team orientation and motivation
• High commitment also outside normal working hours
• Willingness to take responsibility
• We expect an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
