Director
In this versatile leadership role, you will take on the overall operational responsibility for the BelArosa Hotel. Together with your team, you ensure first-class service quality, smooth processes, and a lived culture of hospitality. Your tasks include leading and developing the 13 employees, personally attending to guests, and managing the economic control of the operation. Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing the operational concept, further developing the offerings and services, as well as achieving the best possible occupancy of the hotel. Close collaboration with the overall manager of the BelArosa Hotel Group completes your diverse range of duties.
For this exciting leadership role, you have a solid education in the hotel industry. You bring several years of leadership experience in a demanding hotel operation and think and act entrepreneurially. As a host personality, you convince with your warmth, service orientation, organisational talent, and your ability to support employees and sustainably inspire guests. You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills as well as additional language skills.
