Within our Modernization department of the Division Buildings, we are looking for motivated and committed working students immediately or by arrangement. Your place of employment will be our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon.

Do you want to gain first practical experience in digital construction and actively contribute to the sustainable transformation of existing buildings?

As a working student, you will support our team in the implementation of demanding modernization projects – including the revitalization of the Jelmoli building in Zurich – and participate in digital project management as well as the maintenance of central tools and platforms. The position is limited to one year.

Your responsibilities

• Support of the operational project teams in the Modernization department
• Taking on routine tasks within project organization
• Maintenance and further development of our central platform for construction and document management (Dalux / Common Data Environment)
• Updating and maintaining scheduling programs

Your profile

• Studies in digital construction, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable fields
• Good MS Office skills
• Quick comprehension, teamwork skills, and high social competence
• Initiative, commitment, and structured working style
• Interest in a long-term collaboration
• Optional: Programming or scripting skills
• Optional: Experience with 3D modeling (e.g., Revit, Archicad)
• Very good German language skills
