To strengthen its team, the HFR Human Resources Directorate is looking for a:HR Controller (80%)Your missions Take charge of HR budget management (FTE and CHF) in collaboration with HR information. Provide relevant dashboards and indicators to management, executives, the finance department, and HR Business Partners. Regularly produce comparative analyses and benchmarks. Automate recurring statistical productions. Serve as backup for additional HR control tasks.Your profile University degree or higher education (economics, finance, management control, HR or equivalent field), ideally complemented by a specialized certification (CAS, MAS or equivalent in controlling / HR / business analytics) Proven experience in HR management or HR controlling Knowledge of the hospital environment or highly complex organizational settings is an asset Ability to express yourself confidently in meetings with management bodies, demonstrating diplomacy, negotiation skills, and self-control in sometimes sensitive contexts Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, conditional functions, simulations, etc.) Good knowledge of analytical and reporting tools (Power BI, OLAP cubes, dashboards) Excellent analytical skills and synthesis ability Ability to simplify complex data with rigor and confidentiality Ability to give meaning to data and indicators produced to enhance their added value for decision-makers Ability to advise, challenge, and reflect on what is most relevant for internal clients Initiative and willingness to build and develop your workstation in a continuous improvement dynamicWe offer A strategic role within the HR department, at the heart of management and transformation challenges. Contribute to the development and structuring of the HR organization, especially in the introduction of cost centers in the HR information system. Provide meaningful dashboards and key figures for management, executives, finance directorate, and HR business partners. Regularly create benchmark and comparative analyses. Automate recurring statistical evaluations. Act as backup for supplementary HR controlling tasks.Your profile University degree (university/FH) in business administration, finance, controlling, HR, or an equivalent field, ideally complemented by a specialized further education/certification (CAS, MAS or equivalent in controlling/HR/business analytics). Proven experience in HR controlling or HR-related management reporting. Knowledge of the hospital environment or organizations with high complexity is an advantage. Confident appearance in committee meetings; diplomatic, strong in negotiation, and resilient – also in sensitive contexts. Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, conditional functions, simulations, etc.). Good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, OLAP cubes, dashboards). Strong analytical skills and sense for essentials. Ability to prepare complex data understandably – with accuracy and awareness of confidentiality.
