As a reference hospital for the canton and its neighboring area, its mission also includes medical, surgical, psychiatric, and/or medico-social evaluation of patients for immediate treatment and secondary orientation (towards CHUV services, other care structures, or home).
Mission
- You ensure the operation of the desks within the emergency department

- You guarantee telephone availability and respond to requests from attending physicians, patients, and users
- You collaborate with medical and nursing staff by providing administrative support, notably in collecting information, files, and examination results for patients
- You contribute to the management of medical records: preparation, sorting, scanning, and transmission
- You actively participate in the tasks of the medical secretariat
- You process, correct, and send FAXMED consultation reports using SOARIAN and MEDEX software
- You work variable hours within the following time slots: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., as well as some weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- You possess good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as a keen sense of organization and priority management;
- You are a rigorous, flexible, and diplomatic person, showing a spirit of mutual aid and collaboration;
