Your Tasks

Are you an experienced leader with a technical background and a knack for efficient processes? Do you want to lead a dedicated team, optimize processes, and ensure that our customers receive the best service? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented personality as Team Leader Technical Service.

Overall responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership and further development of the eight-member technical service team consisting of service technicians, internal technicians, and customer consulting.

Acts as the central contact person for all matters in the field of Technical Service.

Responsibility for budget, spare parts management, and key figures in technical service.

Planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing all work processes and tools in the internal and external service.

Ensuring the timely execution of installations, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, servicing, and inspections of medical technology devices.

Efficient planning of employee deployments.

Close collaboration with logistics for the proper provision and delivery of medical technology products.

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements according to ISO 13485:2016 and MePV.

Responsibility for testing and measuring equipment as well as their regular calibration and maintenance.

Technical contact person for customers, authorities, and internal departments (e.g., Product Management, Sales).

Your Profile

Technical basic training with specific further education in the field of medical technology and/or sales (e.g., rehabilitation technician).

Good expertise in technical service with concrete proof of success.

Proven leadership skills and corresponding leadership experience.

In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (MePV, ISO 13485).

Outgoing and positive personality with assertiveness, service-oriented thinking, and a flair for sales.

Willingness to travel (approx. 40%), valid driver's license.

Affinity for SMEs with a willingness to actively shape organizational development.

Good IT skills, MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French language skills.
