YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You act as an Inhouse Consultant and Stream Lead for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module
• You are responsible for configuration, customizing, and continuous further development of the module
• You ensure operation (2nd-level support) and handle support, change, and incident requests from the international key user community
• Together with our internal SAP team, you drive company-wide HR IT projects and rollouts in the SuccessFactors environment
• You take on requirements engineering, testing, and professional consulting of stakeholders at home and abroad
• You plan release management and work closely with implementation partners if needed
• You can expect multiprofessional collaboration in an international corporate environment

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification – career changers with HR/IT experience and solid SuccessFactors know-how are also welcome
• Several years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module; ideally additional knowledge in other talent modules or HR core
• Experience in agile project work, confident handling of international stakeholders, and an independent, structured way of working
• Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and project methods (e.g., SAP Activate) to successfully manage projects as a stream lead
• Analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English fluent
