About the job
You conduct initial and advisory interviews with job-seeking individuals You work interdisciplinarily with employers, RAV personnel consultants, as well as health and accident insurance, disability insurance, and specialist offices You determine the qualification needs together with the affected job seekers and initiate measures that support the path back to the labor market You work solution-oriented with other specialist counseling centers You are responsible for the administrative management of insured persons' files and ensure compliance with legal obligations
Completed commercial basic training supplemented with a Federal Specialist Certificate in personnel or social insurance or CAS in Case Management Several years of experience in job placement or professional integration High social skills, initiative, and very good planning and organizational skills in case coordination Interest in exchange with other social insurances Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in the various professional profiles Proficient in handling IT tools, administrative routine, and confident German language skills
