For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for an experienced

Electrician EFZ or Service Technician (m/f/d) for the maintenance of our production facilities

As part of our maintenance and automation team, you ensure the high availability of our modern production facilities for the manufacture of innovative and sustainable fibre cement products. The focus of your work is troubleshooting: You find out why a system is down and ensure that it runs again.

Tasks

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification on production facilities
• Maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and components
• Wiring, modifications and extensions on control cabinets and systems
• Electrical installations in the factory
• Participation in projects, modifications and commissioning of machines and systems
• Support of our automation technicians in diagnosis and repair
• Documentation of completed work and updating of schematics

Requirements

• Completed training as an Electrician EFZ or a comparable basic electrical education
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems or machines – for example from service, industry or plant engineering
• Enjoyment in systematically narrowing down a fault rather than exchanging parts
• Knowledge of drive and control technology is an advantage; PLC knowledge is not a requirement
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to occasionally be on call
