Your tasks

You are responsible for the timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes
You independently code due invoices for the service charge statements
You carry out the necessary clarifications for credit notes (both internally and externally)
You independently conduct internal clarifications in case of uncertainties in coding

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
You have several years of professional commercial experience
You are interested in accounting/financial accounting
Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
