Are you excited about a varied activity with high personal responsibility and diverse topics? The IV Services Department in Lucerne handles tasks related to the examination of eligibility requirements (IV registrations as well as eligibility clarifications in the areas of household, disability compensation, and assistance contributions), conducts invoice audits according to guidelines (KZIL), and prepares daily allowance settlements for the responsible compensation office. Additionally, the IV internal training office is located in this area.
Your tasks
- You bear overall personnel and professional responsibility for the IV Services Department.
- Together with your team, you ensure the professional tasks and continuously develop your organizational unit.
- You support and advise internal departments on various matters and engage in internal and external working groups.
- You take on tasks within the scope of activities of IV Services and IV Lucerne, such as participating in projects, conducting training, and public relations work.
- You are a member of the management team of IV Services Lucerne and report directly to the head of IV Services Lucerne.
- You take responsibility for the text and form commission of all IV offices.
Your competencies
- You have a solid advanced training in social insurance and/or a university degree.
- You bring several years of leadership and professional experience in the field of social insurance.
- You have a strong interest in IV topics and are willing to continuously develop yourself and the department.
- You are a communicative, empathetic personality with high self-motivation and impress with your strong presentation skills.
- You prefer a job with diverse contacts, broad networking, and opportunities for design.
