Job Description

Performance control and billing of outpatient invoices according to Tardoc
Clarifications with service providers
Data entry and data correction in the clinic and administration system
Written and telephone contact with patients and service providers
Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing service, reception, secretariats, and financial accounting
Processing of rejections and inquiries
Management of dunning within patient administration

Qualifications

Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in healthcare
Solid knowledge of the tariff system Tarmed/Tardoc is an advantage
Experience in accounts receivable management is an advantage
Good MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Notes)
Knowledge of Opale and Curamed is an advantage
Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
Team-oriented work
Well-groomed and confident appearance
Fluent German
Foreign language skills are an advantage
