With the opening of the second Internal Medicine ward, the nursing management is looking to complement our team for the Department of Internal Medicine at the Tafers location with a
Health Specialist (FaGe) (60%) For a fixed-term contract of 8 to 12 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract
Responsibilities
- You provide high-quality care in collaboration with the patient and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing guidelines.
- You receive patients according to the applicable professional standards and the department-specific organization.
- You perform medical-technical and nursing tasks based on the established area of competence.
- In addition, you take on tasks in the logistical, administrative, and housekeeping areas.
- You contribute to the further development of the department.
- You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it.
- You work closely with our nursing professionals in a tandem model and jointly care for our patients as a team.
Profile
- You have the EFZ as a Health Specialist (FaGe).
- Fluent in German, knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are proficient in common IT programs.
- You practice your profession with joy, are motivated, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient.
- You work reliably, conscientiously, and are happy to take on responsibility.
- You bring communication skills and social competence.
- If interested, there is the possibility to take on the role of vocational trainer.
