The Secondary School and Vocational Education Office is the competence and service center for vocational education, grammar schools, higher vocational education, and continuing education in the canton of Zurich. We support and supervise secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of preparatory vocational years, and training companies. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Office Management (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
You relieve the office management in organizational and administrative matters and thus keep their back free. You take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings and the scheduling of internal and external events for the office management. In addition, you also organize events and other external occasions. Your tasks also include communication with internal and external partners as well as ensuring professional office management.
Your profile
You have a commercial education, the federal specialist certificate in executive assistance, and several years of experience as an assistant to a management. With a resilient, motivated, and service-oriented personality, an accurate and proactive working style, and a high sense of responsibility, you bring the required profile for this exciting position at the pulse of the office. You have organizational talent with an eye for detail and very good communication skills in confident German. You are proficient in MS Office.
