As a Cybersecurity Governance Officer within Pictet Tech, you will be part of a dynamic Cybersecurity unit based in Geneva. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, engineers, and business stakeholders to strengthen the Group’s security posture. Working closely with the team managers of the unit, you will play a central role in the adoption of cybersecurity best practices across the Group, definition of technical measures to protect our most sensitive IT assets, resource allocation, and animation of the Cybersecurity Champions community.
Your role
- Developing and sharing cybersecurity best practices with Technology teams, ensuring clear understanding and adoption across the division.
- Working with the Head of Cybersecurity Engineering, allocating engineering resources to major Tech projects requiring active cybersecurity involvement.
- Ensuring the cybersecurity vulnerability register is kept up to date, performing active follow-up on critical issues and providing regular reporting to stakeholders such as the Tech Executive Committee and team managers.
- Helping to organise intrusion tests and security assessments for new applications, including scope validation, approach and partner selection, and following on findings.
- Animating and coordinating the Cybersecurity Champions community, fostering knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Contributing to the Cybersecurity team’s activities, including cyber risk identification, technology watch, KPIs/KRIs collection and provider selection.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Security; or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security or IT risk management, with sound knowledge of fundamental technical topics.
- Solid knowledge of vulnerability management, risk management and KPI/KRI reporting.
- Experience with international information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and financial sector regulations (e.g. FINMA, MAS, CSSF and HKMA).
- Relevant professional certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity issues to a wide range of stakeholders and influence peers horizontally.
- Solution-oriented, open to change and self-motivated.
- Good command of English and French.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
