To strengthen our team during a maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary replacement for the period from 01.11.2025 – 30.06.2026
Your tasks
- Coordination of all administrative processes in the clinic including bed and therapy planning
- Consultation of referrers and their patients in the area of inpatient rehabilitation of the clinic
- Preparation of offers as well as confirmations for patients
- Obtaining cost approvals
- Contact person for external partners such as hospitals, insurance companies, international agents, and embassies
Your profile
- Commercial training with a medical background or several years of professional experience in healthcare or hospitality
- You have good IT user skills, experience with SAP is an advantage
- Several years of experience in caring for patients with medical needs
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
