What you can contribute:
- Alarm and call-out interventions
- Control rounds for specific clients
- Various and occasional missions coordinated by the hierarchy
- Simple administrative tasks
- Work schedules in 4x12 shifts, with annual rotation planning
What you bring:
- Experience in armed services (recruit school, military, police, gendarmerie, armed security, etc.)
- Ability to pass the "Pistol Carry Permit" exam within 3 to 6 months
- Swiss PPA Pistol or/and category B weapons possession certificate, a very strong asset
- Valid pistol shooting license for 6 months, another very strong asset
- Category B driving license (car) mandatory
- 6 months experience handling alarm systems, a big plus
- Excellent presentation and physical/mental resilience
- Practice of a self-defense sport
- Very good spoken French, other languages an asset
- Excellent anticipation and interpersonal skills, diplomacy and self-confidence
- Ability to intervene and protect defined objectives if needed
- Very good priority management, sense of initiative
- High emotional resilience and ability to withstand continuous pressure
- Strong ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining performance
- Great ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong sense of discipline
- Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorized gainful activity (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA citizen
- Irreproachable integrity (checks of criminal records, financial registers, civil capacity certificate and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings)
