Your tasks
The Project Administrator supports the project managers in administrative matters and is partly responsible for handling selected small projects.
- Taking over the complete administrative processing of all project tasks in SAP
(Preparation of offers, project recording, order confirmations, triggering partial invoices, handling bank guarantees, preparation of intercompany orders between group companies, etc.) in close cooperation with the project managers and bid managers
- Partial coordination and management of smaller projects
- Coordination of free subsequent deliveries to international customers
- Support of project managers in various administrative activities
- Maintenance of document storage as well as customer and sales material master data
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in the administrative area (project administration, internal sales, customer service) is a must
- Experience in project business and/or in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Good independent but also team-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office user skills
- SAP user knowledge is a great advantage
- Structured, efficient, and punctual working style
- Resilience, flexibility, high personal responsibility, and strong customer orientation
