Your Tasks
- Local business development for the Stormwise segment (rainwater management) and the associated GF solutions by designing a local marketing plan as well as medium- and long-term assortment development
- Acquiring new customers and projects in the field of storm and rainwater management through targeted sales activities
- Building long-term customer relationships with planning offices and municipalities through training, in-house exhibitions, and webinars
- Understanding and ensuring value-oriented pricing on the market as well as building sales and delivery processes
- Ensuring the know-how necessary for successful sales and the valid or to-be-fulfilled local regulations and requirements in cooperation with Market Support Germany
Your Profile
- Many years of professional experience in civil engineering, wastewater technology, and stormwater/rainwater management - preferably from the field of urban/environmental planning
- Solid know-how regarding regulations, requirements, approvals, and funding programs in the field of storm and rainwater management
- Interdisciplinary, conceptual expertise in urban planning, filtration, and retention solutions
- Further training in drainage, rainwater management, or comparable fields
- Project management experience
- Sensitivity to people and their needs, passion for sales as well as for finding tailored solutions
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 80% - working from home is easily possible
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
