What you can do
- You are able to manage milk reception and support the production of Gruyère AOP.
- You manually care for Gruyère AOP cheeses in a limited quantity (fresh care).
- You ensure the cleaning and maintenance of production facilities. You are responsible for all care given to the cheeses in the cellar.
- You consistently comply with hygiene and safety standards.
What you bring
- You already have experience in the production of Gruyère AOP (possibly CFC as a dairy technologist).
- You work independently, meticulously, and responsibly.
- You have a good team spirit and are ready to work every other weekend.
