We are looking for you as a Service Technician (a) Escalators – German-speaking Switzerland (Zurich Region) as soon as possible.
Your role
After your training, you will take over your own route and independently and responsibly carry out the maintenance of our elevators.
Your tasks with us: no day is the same!
Carry out maintenance visits (planned maintenance, calls, and repairs) on time and according to quality standards.
Ensure safe working methods and perform work according to maintenance and safety regulations.
Maintain good relationships with customers, contacts, and end users.
Guarantee the safety and functionality of the systems.
Manage the site environment during maintenance work.
Detect unplanned repairs based on the condition of the system, contact the on-site contacts, confirm non-contractual work and carry it out.
Create precise and timely reports about the work performed.
Fault service, periodic on-call service
You bring: technical understanding
Completed training in the electrical and/or mechanical field, ideally in rail vehicle construction or similar industries
Manual skills and enjoyment of independent work in the maintenance of escalators and moving walkways
Experience in technical service is a plus
Industry experience is an advantage
Native German speaker or very good German skills (C1)
High flexibility and personal responsibility
Enjoyment of national travel activity and representing our company
Valid driver's license (car)
The position is open to persons residing in Switzerland (Swiss or foreign nationality WITH valid residence permit. Residence must be within a radius of a maximum of 30 minutes around Zurich station)
