Co-Station Manager: Acute Pediatric Medicine

We are looking for you starting November 1, 2025 as

• You lead and promote your employees, support their professional development, and ensure optimal personnel deployment planning
• You ensure that nursing and work quality, quality principles, as well as performance, training, and further education assignments are adhered to
• You take care of the development and organization of ward- and/or process-related topics such as Lean Management, nursing development, etc.
• You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and programs to ensure quality and continuously improve processes

• You bring several years of professional experience
• You have already developed leadership skills to motivate, lead, and further develop your team or are willing to complete a degree in leadership
• You possess very good communication and organizational skills
• You have a positive mindset and are a balanced, motivating personality

• You start with an employment rate of at least 80% with the possibility of a later reduction
