Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To support our office team, we are looking for you as a case manager/care manager (m/f/d). Are you looking for a varied job in the office and in client care? Then we have the ideal position for applicants from the Rheinfelden region and surroundings!

• Management of up to 30 employees in private nursing and client care
• Personal needs assessments with our clients on site as well as ensuring professional care and support of the nursing team
• Creation of assistance and care plans, reassessments, and adjustments in consultation with the contact person and initiation of further measures
• Carrying out nursing interventions at the client’s location
• Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
• Support in recruitment (conducting interviews and hiring discussions)

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH (recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK is mandatory)
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
• High communication skills with all stakeholders
• Responsible, creative, reliable, and committed personality
• Doer type with organizational skills and assertiveness
• Driver’s license and vehicle are a must
• Willingness to travel desired
