Since winter 2018, Experimental exports its French know-how to Switzerland. The Experimental Chalet opened its doors in the heart of Verbier, the cosmopolitan Franco-Swiss destination; a hotspot for ski enthusiasts and lively après-ski.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position available as soon as possible.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie M/F to strengthen the teams and support the chef during the 2026 winter season.
The tasks will be as follows:
Preparation of preliminary preparations;
Preparation of recipes based on technical sheets;
Making desserts according to the menu, special orders;
Verification of preparations (tasting, analysis and correction);
Storage of goods according to the methods prescribed in the establishment;
Reception and quantitative and qualitative verification of deliveries;
Application of hygiene and safety rules in force;
Wearing professional attire compliant with hygiene and safety legislation.
ABOUT YOU
You have successful experience as a pastry chef de partie or a similar position.
You have excellent mastery and knowledge of techniques, products, equipment.
You have good organizational skills, good execution speed and a strong passion for the world of gastronomy.
You are rigorous in respecting work procedures and technical sheets, and you have a good knowledge of hygiene rules.
Finally, you are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
