The AniCura veterinary practices Netstal/Buttikon are our two veterinary practices in Netstal in the Glarnerland and Buttikon Schwyz, not far from Zurich and Chur. In the midst of a beautiful mountain landscape with numerous sports opportunities, you work where others spend their leisure time.

To complement our 15-member team for our locations in Netstal and Buttikon, we are looking for a
Location Management Veterinary Practice 80-100% (m/f/d)
As the practice manager for our veterinary practices in Netstal and Buttikon, you are responsible for the management of both locations and thus contribute significantly to the success of the two veterinary practices. In this role, you lead the veterinarians and TPAs on-site and are both an operational and strategic partner for the locations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Business and personnel management of the practices in Netstal and Buttikon
- Support for the veterinarians and TPAs on-site in all relevant activities
- Collaboration in the further development of both locations
- Various administrative tasks (monthly payroll reports, monthly reporting, invoicing/reminders, etc.)
- Interface to all support functions of the local AniCura central team (operations, personnel, marketing, finance)

Your profile:
- Business education or training as a veterinary practice assistant or veterinarian
- Experience in administration as well as in leadership skills
- Communication and leadership strength – we are looking for a People Lead!
- Ability to think analytically and understand numbers
- Customer, patient, and team-oriented behavior
- Strong interest in expanding the already acquired expertise and continuously improving the treatment standards of the practices
