Our local product group Insulation & Components is a world leader in the development and manufacture of transformer bushings. Our customers include internationally renowned companies from power generation, transmission, and distribution. With our high-voltage bushings, we hold a leading position worldwide.

At our Hitachi Energy site in Zurich-Altstetten, you will take on a key role: You ensure the maintenance, optimization, and further development of the entire electrical infrastructure. This ensures that our production facilities run reliably, safely, and efficiently; and you make an important contribution to the energy future.

What You Can Achieve

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and service work on our production facilities

• Proper management of the electrical spare parts warehouse and ensuring material availability

• Error analysis and sustainable troubleshooting of technical problems

• Responsibility for spare parts management as well as active participation in optimizing processes and operational safety

• Close collaboration with a motivated team of electricians and mechanics, with modern office workplaces directly next to the maintenance workshop

What You Bring

• Completed training as an electrician or automation technician EFZ

• Knowledge in machine technology

• Experience in technical maintenance or building technology

• Confident handling of hand tools as well as devices for installation, dismantling, and testing of electronic systems

• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style

• Operations electrician authorization according to NIV Art. 13 or 15 is an advantage

• Routine in using SAP and MS Office

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
