Your Challenge:
- You pitch in and help throughout the entire department. You are a role model.
- You ensure that enough clean containers are available to the various departments at the right time.
- You coordinate the tasks according to priorities.
- You ensure that the machines and equipment are operated and maintained flawlessly and safely.
- As a supervisor, you are responsible in your team for compliance with hygiene regulations and the introduction of new employees.
- You assist in conducting training related to occupational safety.
- As a team leader, you support your supervisor in the annual reviews of your team.
- You create an appreciative and respectful working atmosphere and promote a transparent and clear communication culture.
Your Profile:
- You have good German language skills.
- You are communicative and assertive.
- You have already gained experience in an industrial company as well as in cleaning containers and premises.
- You are an organizational talent, technically skilled, have a quick grasp, and have a flair for machines.
- You are a team player, have already gained leadership experience with multicultural teams, and practice a situational leadership style.
- You are flexible, mobile, and have no problem with an early start to work.
