Job Description
- The last impression counts! With your desserts and pâtisserie creations, you ensure the perfect conclusion to a successful menu
- Development and implementation of new dessert creations in harmony with the philosophy of our kitchen
- Production of fine pâtisserie specialties, pastries, and homemade pralines
- Close collaboration with the head chef and team to create harmonious menu sequences
- Careful handling of high-quality, regional ingredients and seasonal products
- Compliance with high-quality standards and HACCP guidelines
Qualifications
- Training as a cook, confectioner, pâtissier or experience in a comparable position.
- Experience in upscale 4-star hotel and gastronomy is a great advantage
- Creativity, sensitivity, and an eye for aesthetics – desserts are art to you!
- Enthusiasm for seasonal ingredients and a love of perfection.
- Team spirit, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good to very good German skills, any additional national language is an advantage
