DEPUTY BANQUET OPERATIONS MANAGER 807 ANNUAL WORKING HOURS)
From November 4 or by arrangement
The Casinotheater combines gastronomy, theater, and events under one roof. 60 employees ensure daily that our guests feel completely comfortable and that each of the 400 corporate and private events per year remains a good memory.
Your tasks: Responsibility for events with up to 200 guests
Guest reception and care from MEP to collection (including billing responsibility)
Leading a team of up to 20 employees including assistance with planning, scheduling & training
Monthly beverage inventory, co-responsible for ordering (beverages, non-food items)
Close cooperation with the Banquet Operations Manager, including representation during vacation absences
Your profile: Proven experience in banquet and !
or à-la-carte service in a similar position Motivated host qualities with high service commitment Quick comprehension, sense of responsibility, and focused work in hectic situations Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings & weekends) according to booked events as well as appropriate commuting options
Fluent German in spoken and written form Computer skills [Microsoft Office] & willingness to learn new programs [Banquetprofi, Mirus, Bejoo,
Lightspeed)
