YOUR TASKS
- As a HF nursing specialist, you are responsible for the care and support of patients from hospital admission to discharge
- You manage the entire nursing process from collecting patient data to organizing and performing nursing and medical-technical tasks, to documenting and reviewing the results
- As a nursing specialist, you are the central point of contact for patients, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
- With your commitment, you take on supportive, advisory, coordinative, and analytical functions
- Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism accompany the varied daily routine in nursing
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed apprenticeship as a health professional EFZ
- Initiative and willingness to perform
- Communication and relationship skills as well as teamwork ability
- Sense of responsibility and perceptiveness
- Physical and mental resilience
