YOUR TASKS

• As a HF nursing specialist, you are responsible for the care and support of patients from hospital admission to discharge
• You manage the entire nursing process from collecting patient data to organizing and performing nursing and medical-technical tasks, to documenting and reviewing the results
• As a nursing specialist, you are the central point of contact for patients, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
• With your commitment, you take on supportive, advisory, coordinative, and analytical functions
• Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism accompany the varied daily routine in nursing

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship as a health professional EFZ
• Initiative and willingness to perform
• Communication and relationship skills as well as teamwork ability
• Sense of responsibility and perceptiveness
• Physical and mental resilience

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT

• Motivation letter and current CV including photo
• Apprenticeship certificate including vocational school certificates, work references 
• Educational reports of the EFZ training
• Details of two referees with phone number and email address
