You have had your chef apprenticeship for a while, can also show several years as a Chef de Partie, feel confident in your field, and are ready to take on partial responsibility for the 5- to 6-person team?
Are you motivated to take on a year-round position in the small mountain village with all its many advantages?

Your Tasks
The versatile position includes working at all stations in the kitchen, both in à la carte and banquet operations. In doing so, you support our head chef in operational business and work closely with the entire kitchen team.
We expect solid, reliable performance professionally. At the same time, we are looking for someone who is open to new things, interested in local cuisine, and eager to develop further.
