Care Specialist 40% (Wednesday and Thursday)

The city of Illnau-Effretikon - located between Winterthur and Zurich - offers attractive conditions for its approximately 18,000 inhabitants with its rural and urban areas, hamlets, centers, and the historic village of Kyburg.

Families with children have access to a wide range of care services in daycare centers, school-based care, and day families. For the care of preschool children, two city-owned daycare centers are operated. At the Effretikon daycare center, children aged three months until entry into kindergarten are cared for in three mixed-age groups. To complement the established team of the Effretikon daycare center (Kita), we are looking for a

• Co-design and co-organization of a mixed-age children's group with twelve places
• Ensuring that individual, specific care needs are met
• Needs-oriented daily and weekly planning with appropriate participation of the children as well as planning of diverse needs-oriented activities
• Participation in the organization and further development of the daycare center
• Implementation of our educational concept
• Taking on additional tasks as needed

• Have completed pedagogical training as a childcare specialist HF or as a FaBe Kind EFZ
• Have professional experience in caring for mixed-age children's groups
• Enjoy working with children
• Actively shape the good image of the Effretikon daycare center with a strong service and team orientation as well as commitment
