Job description and skills
Welcoming clients/prospects and developing the agency's client portfolio equipment with a constant concern for service quality and respect for risk principles and compliance. Promote relationship banking and digital services by providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND COMMERCIAL Missions:
• Physical and telephone reception of the agency's clients and prospects
• Share the customer relationship with other actors: agency advisors, CRC, specialized platforms.
• Promote and master the product/service offers dedicated to individual customers and participate in campaigns initiated locally, regionally, or nationally
• Promote the different relational channels (email, app, phone, agency) to meet customer expectations for responsiveness, reachability, and simplicity
• Implement sales and negotiation techniques to sell products and services, prioritizing remote customer relationships
• Use commercial methods and sales support tools that encourage customer autonomy
• Implement various actions to increase the agency's client portfolio equipment
• Work in synergy with the teams of Personal Customer Advisors, Professionals, and the Wealth Banker
• Develop knowledge of the agency's client and prospect portfolio and implement all types of actions within the framework of the agency's commercial policy and commercial practices
• Systematically exploit and enrich the common database for the different interlocutors
• Prepare physical meetings with Customer Advisors
RISK AND COMPLIANCE Missions
• Respect and apply internal procedures regarding compliance and ethics, notably: Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, Customer protection and financial savings regulation (MIF)
• Precisely inform the client about compliance issues and update client data
• Respect the security rules of operations.

You are a student at Bac+2/3 level in university or business school with a specialization in banking/finance and you master the office suite
Internship duration: 4 to 6 months
