For our Customer Service team, we are currently looking to fill a position of

Customer Service Employee

50% position, every morning

Mission:

Within our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for:

• Physical inspection and restoration of loan equipment kits from Swiss institutions upon their return. Computer processing.
• Physical and computer preparation of loan equipment shipments to our Swiss clients.
• Reception and recording of replenishment orders from our Swiss clients.
• Delivery and invoicing of these orders.
• Participation in handling the department's shared email inbox.
• Use and compliance with quality assurance rules.
• Perform all necessary requests for the proper functioning of the service.

Profile sought:

• Commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) with logistics experience or logistician with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) with documentation experience.
• Experience in a professional environment emphasizing traceability, ideally medical.
• Rigorous character, ability to work in a team.
• The position involves daily handling of loads up to 15kg.
• You speak and write French fluently; English and/or German would be a plus.
