The Bad Zurzach Rehabilitation Clinic offers rehabilitation in all facets at a high medical level. The rehabilitative services range from neurology, musculoskeletal/rheumatology, and cardiology to sleep medicine (Clinic for Sleep Medicine).

Your Tasks

• Rounds/Supervision: Leading a neurological ward together with the assistant doctors and conducting specialist rounds and consultations
• Care: Leading discussions with patients, their relatives, and representatives of the interdisciplinary team

• Rehabilitation: Leading rehabilitation planning as well as interdisciplinary rehab reports
• Training: Participation in in-house interdisciplinary training sessions
• Development: Participation in the further development and positioning of the neurological services
• Outpatient Clinics: Running your own outpatient clinic
• On-call Duties: Participation in neurological on-call duties at the Baden Cantonal Hospital

Your Profile

• Qualifications: Completed specialist training as a neurologist or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition
• Licenses: You hold a professional practice license (BAB) or are willing to apply for one
• Experience: Knowledge in stroke medicine (including typical internal medicine comorbidities) is desired.

Additional experience is an advantage but not a requirement:

• • Knowledge in neurophysiological diagnostics (EEG, EMNG, Doppler/Duplex) and certificate (or equivalent additional training)
  • Experience in stroke care including intravenous thrombolysis
• Personality: We are looking for a personality with a business-oriented and solution-focused mindset, who brings good professional and social competence for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Communication: You bring high social competence as well as the ability for appropriate communication at different levels
