Your mission:

• Welcome children and their families respectfully and professionally

• Provide parenting support

• Ensure the child's psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being

• Be a driving force in managing a group of children, leading the team, and proposing adapted playful activities

• Play a preventive role with the child and their family

• Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team

• Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment respecting Babilou group values and each individual's personality

• Supervise and organize the daily life of the children's groups in the sector to ensure families and children receive impeccable care quality

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the sector teams to guarantee the proper functioning of the groups and the care of the children

• Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on fairness, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency

Profile sought:

• Diploma as ES / HES educator or equivalent recognized by the competent authority

• Willing to work in the Nursery sector

• Very good level of French, English is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and sense of responsibility

• Communication skills, listening, and team spirit
