- First level support via phone, email or ticketing system (German and Italian)
- Adherence to service level agreements
- Maintenance of asset management and access management
- Designing and maintaining the IT section on the intranet page
- Setting up workplaces with hardware
- Administrative tasks such as creating and updating instructions and inventories
This is what you bring
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or other vocational training with further education in the IT field
- Experience in IT service desk (1st level support)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Active Directory, operating system knowledge is an advantage
- Flexible, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Customer orientation with quality awareness
- Reliable, service-oriented and precise way of working
- Very good German and Italian skills, English skills are an advantage
