Are you our HR joker and enjoy supporting people, shaping processes, and supporting the team with your commitment?

• You take care of Swiss Casinos Holding as well as the restaurant George and handle all tasks in the HR cycle from recruitment to exit (excluding payroll).
• You are the contact person for employees as well as for managers and convince with your competent, service-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
• You work closely with the Head of HR and support her in various HR projects.
• You have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and actively contribute your ideas.
• You work networked with colleagues at our various locations and contribute to a strong HR community within the Swiss Casinos group.
• You enjoy a versatile activity in a lively environment and bring commitment, organizational talent, and passion for people.

• You have successfully completed training as a personnel administrator.
• You bring professional experience in HR, ideally in gastronomy or a comparable environment.
• You are a doer who does not wait for something to happen but actively tackles tasks, gathers information, and finds solutions.
• You feel comfortable in a "du" culture and enjoy working in an open, uncomplicated, and collegial environment. You are an open and cheerful personality who enjoys dealing with people.
• You feel at home in the digital environment and work confidently with various tools and HR systems.
