Deputy Team Leader as a Registered Nurse HF/FH

What your daily routine looks like
- You work closely with the team leader and carry out their work during their absence
- You organize and coordinate the diverse daily care routine in a care living group for people with dementia with varying care needs and take on the daily responsibility in the department
- You are co-responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the care process and are supported by care experts
- You conduct interprofessional ward rounds, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
- You accompany and support trainees and students in the challenging daily care routine and in their learning situations
- You work closely with our RAI expert team
