Your Tasks
Area of responsibility: You accompany a child in the 6th grade of primary school until the end of primary school with a prospect of further support at the secondary level. You support the child during transitions and when moving from one place to another. The support is provided within the framework of a medical, physical diagnosis and in close coordination with the responsible specialists.
Collaboration: You strive for active and transparent cooperation with teachers, specialist offices, and school management.
Support: The activity requires good physical resilience as well as the ability to safely support a child in mobility and transfers. You promote possible independence and personal responsibility in the student's work organization.
Your Profile
Experience: Ideally, you have experience in supporting children with special support needs. You are characterized by a responsible, calm, and present attitude in everyday school life. Reliability, patience, and teamwork are central to this task.
Personality: You approach children with respect and clarity and take responsibility even where physical and emotional support is required. You remain present, provide security, and act prudently in everyday school life. Your actions are characterized by reliability, inner calm, and the willingness to commit yourself to a supportive network.
Education: You bring experience working with children of primary school age and possibly training as a childcare specialist EFZ (FaBe) or health specialist EFZ (FaGe) and a pronounced joy in supporting a child in the described situation.
