To complete the educational team of the DO Sector, 3 living places for aging residents with disabilities with associated disorders or autism spectrum disorders, we are looking for a Social Educator, ASE, ASSC or Nurse (M/F) at an 80% activity rate.
Mission
You actively contribute to the well-being of the residents and ensure them the greatest possible autonomy. You guarantee educational support as well as daily care. You aim to increase, maintain their skills and support them in losses. You support them in their social integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with the social network.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support
Support residents in daily life activities and accompany them in bereavements
Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts related to your level of competence
Develop educational strategies adapted to the needs of the residents
Participate in the selection, implementation and animation of relaxation and leisure activities
Provide palliative care if needed
Actively collaborate with internal and external networks
Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues
Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents
Desired profile
Diploma in social education at ASE, ASSC, ES or HES level, or HES nursing diploma
Several years of experience in supporting people with disabilities or aging
Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability
Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs
Driving license desired
Work environment

Permanent contract.
Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation, participation in camps.
