Your Tasks
- You lead the HR Services team both professionally and disciplinarily in German and French, promote the further development of your employees, and ensure efficient, service-oriented handling of all HR processes.
- You are responsible for payroll processing including social insurances, year-end processing, as well as compliance with legal, collective labor agreement, and company regulations.
- You optimize workflows together with other team leaders, further develop digital HR tools, create reports and key figures on process and service quality, thus ensuring future-proof structures.
- You are the central contact person for employees, work closely with recruiting, personnel development, and HR business partners, participate in HR projects, and support internal as well as external audits and reviews.
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training with advanced qualifications in the HR field (professional certificate, CAS, HF/FH studies).
- In addition, you can demonstrate at least five years of experience in a comparable leadership position and sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and collective labor agreements in the construction industry.
- Your strong knowledge in payroll accounting and social insurances complements your experience with Abacus, time recording systems, and reporting skills.
- You are bilingual or have excellent German and French skills, business fluent
- Effective and efficient work organization is a matter of course for you.
