You accompany clients in everyday life and in the work with reference persons
You ensure the social pedagogical documentation of the clientele
You make the cooperation with clients transparent and participatory
You contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration internally and with referring authorities

Your profile

You have a degree in social pedagogy / social work or nursing specialist (HF/FH, or with equivalence confirmation)
You have an initiative and resilient personality
You seek the challenge of working with demanding clients in a residential setting
Driving license category B (passenger car)
