WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Support in the implementation and optimization of quality and compliance management processes.
- Supervision and further development of internal workflows and processes.
- Preparation of precise reports and well-founded analyses.
- Participation in continuous process improvements and optimizations.
- Guidance and support of employees in various projects.
- Creation and management of innovative e-learning content.
- Participation in international meetings and exchange with colleagues in English.
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- Successfully completed higher education (e.g., university of applied sciences degree).
- Several years of professional experience – the position is also very suitable for returnees.
- Ideally knowledge in auditing, finance or insurance, or compliance areas.
- Strong process understanding and high technical affinity, especially experience with tools like SharePoint, Excel, SAP, or e-learning programs.
- High teamwork skills, solution-oriented thinking, and independent, structured working style.
- Excellent German and English skills; French skills are a plus.
